Senior executive with an over 25-year experience in the Energy sector.

He has gained different management positions, both at national and international levels, in Procurement, Human Resources, Organizational and Change Management activities, leading transformation programs (post merger integration, cost performance, digital transformation, energy transition).

Graduated in Business Economics at L. Bocconi University, he began his career at Saipem, where he worked for 11 years, expanding his professional path in Human Resources, with roles in Organization, Resource Development and Industrial Relations, participating in post-acquisition integration initiatives.

At Eni since 2008, he has held various management positions in Human Resources, Organization, Continuous Improvement and as Program Director for Eni cost-saving and digital transformation programs. Since 2018 he has been Head of Procurement, overseeing and directing Eni global procurement activities, with direct purchasing responsibility for central functions. He is leading the transformation of the supply chain, in line with Eni energy transition and decarbonization goals, as well a digital innovation program, process innovation, and the development of functional skills for the function.

Since 2019 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Eni Rewind, environmental company of Eni, dedicated to circular economy initiatives aimed at enhancing industrial land, water and waste through efficient and sustainable reclamation and recovery projects.
