Active in several  fields, such as logistics, mail and parcels, financial and insurance services, payment systems, telephony and the energy market, the company has 120,000 employees and 12,800 Post Offices, €579 billion in invested financial assets and more than 35 million customers.

The company’s commitment generates clear positive impacts on the economy in terms of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), tax revenue, employment and household income. Over the last five years, the total value of direct, indirect and induced impacts on GDP was €62.1 billion, while the value of labour income amounted to €36.8 billion and the tax revenue generated amounted to €10 billion.
